On September 24, 2021, extensive activities were carried out in disaster-affected areas. The Civil Protection Directorate reported the provision of thousands of meals and progress in processing reconstruction applications. The Ministry of Physical Planning, Construction and State Property received new applications for both structural and non-structural reconstruction. Demolition of unsafe buildings continued, with specific numbers for different types of structures and locations. The Croatian Firefighting Association conducted various interventions, including roof repairs and water transport. The Croatian Mountain Rescue Service maintained a watch in Sisak. The Croatian Red Cross distributed food and water and provided psychological support, along with well sanitation. The Croatian Police ensured traffic management and security. The Croatian Army provided fuel support. The Croatian Centre for Earthquake Engineering reported on structural assessments, with a significant number of buildings categorized by their usability status (red, yellow, or green labels).
